Session one opens with the Slator Research Presentation by Anna Wyndham, and includes translation industry highlights and fascinating statistics on the future of language services. Her broad experience as a linguist offers many insights into the expanding linguist field. The keynote presentation by Grant Straker, Straker Translations, will offer insights into the translation industry as well as discuss his business experience as Co-Founder & CEO, Straker Translations.

Other highlights include the opportunity to do one-on-one networking with peers, as well as exhibitions. Session two continues with “The Bullish Case for the Language Industry” (Florian Faes), and “Unlocking the Power of AI for Hybrid Contact Centers” (Caiming Xiong). Intersected with the lectures, there will be ample panel discussions and the chance to ask pertinent questions.
