New Trends In Translation And Technology Conference (NETTT)

What Is This Conference About?

This will be the first NETTT conference, held at the Sheraton Hotel in Rhodes.

Before the event kicks off, there will be a 2-day summer school in machine translation technologies.

The aim of this conference is to bring translation studies academics together with software developers, linguists, practitioners, language service providers (LSPs), and translation industry vendors.

Forums, presentations, and workshops will cover an array of fascinating topics such as machine translation and natural language processing, as well as a variety of distinctive interdisciplinary aspects of technology for translation.

NETTT has been received with great enthusiasm by academic scholars and industry professionals alike, attracting renowned and distinguished speakers and sponsors.

What Can Attendees Expect?

The conference is organized by the Dimetra Academy for Translators, Greece, The Department of Foreign Languages, Translation, and Interpreting, and Department of Informatics, Ionian University, and the Adapt Center, of Dublin University, Ireland, as well as the Research Group in Computational Linguistics, University of Wolverhampton, UK and the Association of Computational Linguistics of Bulgaria.
