We are seeking an experienced English to Bahasa Indonesian sworn and lawyer translator for a freelance project. This role involves translating legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy, adherence to legal terminology, and maintaining cultural sensitivity in both languages.

Job Description:

• Translate legal documents and content from English to Bahasa Indonesian, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Ensure translations meet legal standards and conventions in both languages.
• Proofread and edit translations to ensure the highest quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive legal materials.

Requirements:

• Native Bahasa Indonesian speaker with proficiency in English.
• Must be a sworn translator or hold a legal translation certification.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in legal translation, with a strong portfolio of English to Bahasa Indonesian legal translations.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal terminology and the ability to accurately convey legal concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable internet access for remote collaboration and meeting deadlines.
