We are looking for a skilled English to Korean interpreter for a remote, freelance interpreter project. This position involves providing accurate and culturally relevant interpretation for various assignments, ensuring effective communication between English and Korean-speaking participants.

Job Description:

• Provide real-time interpretation from English to Korean and vice versa in meetings, video calls, conferences, or events.
• Ensure accurate, clear, and culturally sensitive interpretation, preserving the meaning and tone of the source message.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Adapt interpretation style to different settings (business, legal, medical, technical, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interpretation sessions.

Requirements:

• Native Korean speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
• At least 3-5 years of professional interpreting experience.
• Strong understanding of both English and Korean languages and cultures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection with access to video/audio platforms for virtual interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
